5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in PKR and AED nd are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment, except as otherwise agreed, payment made in full before the rendering of services or before shipment of the product, except for costs and payment of taxes, duties, and fees applicable to all international transactions, shall be to the sole account of the customer.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property related to HNJ HYDRO CHEM belong solely to HNJ HYDRO CHEM or its licensors. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property will be prohibited.

To that extent permitted by law, HNJ HHYDRO CHEM shall not be responsible for direct or indirect, incidental or consequential damages due to:

-Any use or inability to use our products or services.

- Illegal access to your information.

- Events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain interruptions, or political unrest.

All products and services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Specific, if any, warranties will be outlined in a separate agreement.
